Having known the causes there is need to take the necessary measures for prevention. This is due to the fact in the saying that, ‘prevention is better than cure.’

There are so many natural ways in which you can prevent mid abdominal pain. You can avoid the foods that are allergic to you and turn on to eating foods that are free from chemicals. Take water often to help in the digestion and to avoid heartburns. Do a lot of exercises especially in gyms. When a lady is nearing the menstrual cycle they should take some pills to help prevent the pain. Eat a well balanced diet including those foods that will maintain the level of the blood in the body at equilibrium point.

If one happens to be a victim of the mid abdominal pain, they have no otherwise other than to begin the remedies. If the condition is on the early stage you are supposed to take water or any other fluid that is clear and available. Avoid milk and solid foods for sometime. Don’t use foods with a lot of fats, caffeine, alcohol and foods with tomatoes products. Use ant acids drugs to relief the pain that may be caused by the heartburn. Other medications that are inflammatory should be highly avoided at this time. The situation will be relived if not fully recovered with the above treatment.

On the other hand, if the situations are worse, seek medical advice. There are those times when you don’t even need to the above measures but to contact the doctor immediately. If the mid abdominal pain becomes persistent, you have lacked appetite for long, you have lost the weight all over sudden, you diarrhea for more than five days, you feel some burn in your urine track in every urination, when you have boating for more than two days, breathing problems availability, if in the case of a mother is pregnant, in the case of a cancer person is undergoing some treatments, if you have pain on your neck and shoulder among others.
